Privacy Policy – what we do with the information we hold about you.
FUAM holds a database of information on our members and those on our general mailing list. This information is maintained solely for the use of Friends of University Art and Music (Leeds) and is not shared with third parties, with the possible exception of HMRC if required for us to claim gift aid on donations you have made and you have provided us with a Gift Aid form. You may request details of the information we hold for you at any time.
How we acquire your information
You will only be added to our list of contacts if you are:
- A member of FUAM
Or have
- Subscribed to our mailing list/s on line or by post
- Bought tickets for an FUAM event and provided us (or our ticket agents) with your contact details.
- Been involved in a professional capacity.
The information we have about you
Our information is limited to your contact details:
- Your name and address if we contact you by post
- Your email address – if provided
- Your telephone number/s – if provided.
- For members of FUAM, your current subscription rate
You can remove or amend any of your information using the link below or the “unsubscribe” link in any edition of our newsletters. A hard copy of your information may be obtained from the membership secretary.
This policy will be reviewed at intervals in line with prevailing GDPR legislation.
