It's time! Say hello to our FUAM 2024 finalists

Celebrating the talents of students completing their degree studies in Art & Design and Fine Art at the University of Leeds this summer, the Friends of University Art and Music (FUAM) Graduate Art Prize exhibition returns to The Stanley & Audrey Burton Gallery from Wednesday 7 August – Saturday 5 October 2024.

We are thrilled to announce that our 2024 finalists are:

Ella Georgiou (BA Fine Art)

Saba Siddiqui (BA Art & Design)

The four artists were selected from their respective degree shows by an expert panel of judges comprising: Georgia Taylor Aguilar (Curator, Professional Development at ACAVA - Association for Cultural Advancement through Visual Arts), Chris Warrington (Director of Student Experience & Support, University of Leeds) and Sandra Whyles (Director of Chapeltown Arts). The judges will return in the autumn to choose the overall winner of the FUAM Graduate Art Prize 2024. Visitors to the exhibition will be able to vote for their favourite artist in the People's Choice Award. Both prizes will be announced at a special event on Thursday 3 October 2024.
